S-6200 Nozzle Cleaning Machine by Southern Machinery: Why Manual Care Fails

What is this machine used for?

The S-6200 cleans and dries SMT mounter nozzles automatically using hydrodynamic water fragmentation: a mist near the speed of sound that breaks up internal dirt.

Why machine cleaning replaced manual care

Miniaturization. 0402 and 0201 parts are routine and their nozzles have micrometer apertures a needle cannot reach; a blockage scraps the nozzle.
Smaller spacing. Denser boards mean a small deviation now lands on a neighbouring pad.
Lead-free soldering. With lead, a slight deviation could self-correct in reflow. After lead-free, copper activity is far weaker, so nozzle cleanliness decides placement accuracy.
