The S-6200 is a fully automatic SMT nozzle cleaning machine that uses hydrodynamic water fragmentation — creating a fine water mist at near-sonic speed (360 m/s) — to clean mounter nozzles without causing any damage. Unlike ultrasonic cleaners, it can handle even 01005-size apertures with ease.
