What the machine does

A purpose-built LED chip mounter with six heads on a single gantry, bottom-vision alignment, and an inline conveyor that assembles a 1,200 mm LED tube board in one pass.

Nonstop feeding for long LED runs

Refilling feeders during long LED board runs is costly: stopping the mounter idles the printer behind it and the reflow oven ahead.

It automatically switches to another feeder when one runs out or fails.
Operators can reload without taking production offline, and a new reel can be spliced onto the old one.

Sticky and domed LED placement

LED packages introduce two problems: tacky bodies that cling to the nozzle, and domed optics that can be damaged by contact.

All six heads use negative air pressure to release sticky LED components.
Custom nozzle designs extend the range; domed LEDs are placed without touching the optical lens, protecting light output.
