Most appliance and power-supply PCBAs stay under 250 mm wide, yet many lines run oversized wave machines. The S-WS250 is Southern Machinery's compact lead-free dual-wave answer.

Patented titanium alloy chain claws (non-stick tin, no board drop), two-stage hot-air preheat, low-dross nozzle and isolated fume duct are standard.

How it fits into a complete PCB assembly line

SMD side runs on stencil printer, pick-and-place, reflow.
THT parts are inserted by radial, odd-form or manual stations.
Boards enter the S-WS250: flux, preheat, dual wave, cool in one pass.
Exit to an unloader, inline lead cutter or post-wave inspection.

SMEMA-compatible handling and L->R flow allow direct integration.

A 250 mm-class line cuts floor space (L2100mm, ~400kg), power (max 9kW, normal ~1.5kW) and solder volume (~200KG) versus oversized machines. It replaces 3-5 manual operators per shift while consistent waves cut rework. ROI modeling is case-by-case.
