When you are separating LED tube strips, platform length matters as much as blade speed. The S-D502 is the 1200 mm model in Southern Machinery's three-machine family of V-cut separators.
What is the S-D502 used for?
A dedicated automatic V-cut PCB separator (depanelizer) built on a long 2400 mm platform for LED boards, tube strips and long panels. Motor-driven circular blades singulate pre-scored boards with little dust or residue, replacing the hand snapping that cracks LED traces.

Choosing the platform length
The S-D500 handles 360 mm on a 380 mm platform, suited to short strips at a bench. The S-D501 handles 1000 mm on a 1200 mm platform for mid-length light bars. The S-D502 handles 1200 mm on a 2400 mm platform and separates full tube strips in a single pass. Your bench space follows the platform, not the cut.

Line fit
Panelized LED boards arrive from SMT reflow and THT wave soldering. The operator loads each pre-scored strip onto the 2400 mm platform, sets the speed, and the blades cut every V-groove before testing or packing.

Hand snapping damages LED traces and burrs the edges, and the cost lands later as rework and scrap. Correct sizing removes it, and 6-12 month SKH-9 blade life keeps consumable spending low.
