Which defects the 2D AOI is specified to catch

Four families, after wave soldering and reflow:

Printing — insufficient or excess solder, misalignment, bridging

Programming and recipe strategy

Recipes can be built manually, automatically, from imported CAD data, or by remote programming. An optional offline system builds recipes away from the line, so changeovers cost minutes rather than a shift.
