SO-300 Offline Selective Soldering: Recipes and Monitoring by Southern Machinery

The SO-300 is a single-head selective wave soldering system that combines fluxing, bottom infrared preheating, and selective soldering in one offline station.

What the SO-300 Does

Combines fluxing, preheating, and soldering in one station
Servo X-Y-Z motion to +/-0.1 mm for repeatable paths

During the cycle, the XYZ table follows the programmed flux path, the board passes over the bottom infrared preheater, and then follows the programmed soldering path. Fluxing uses a 1 L jet valve; preheating is 3 kW bottom IR at 25-240 C with adjustable ratio.
